We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original packaging and condition.
  • The product has not been used or opened.
  • You provide a proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.

Please note: We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used due to hygiene reasons.

  2. Return Authorization: Upon review, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions for returning your item.

  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include your RAN. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please follow the return process above and indicate that you would like an exchange.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary. Please provide photographs of the damaged item along with your order details.
